Terms of Service

These terms govern XForge Pro, the xforgepro.com account service, JagAI features, licenses, downloads, and support provided by Jag Journey, LLC ("Jag Journey," "we," or "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using XForge Pro, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.

License terms and payment

Starter, Pro, and Agency purchases are one-time payments for the monthly or yearly license term displayed at checkout. They do not renew automatically. Access ends on the date shown in your account unless you purchase another term. JagAI credit packs are one-time purchases and unused credits do not expire while an eligible paid license remains active.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars before checkout. Taxes or payment-provider charges, when applicable, are shown before payment. A plan change does not create a prorated credit automatically; contact support promptly if you made an overlapping or incorrect purchase.

Your account and license

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and license keys, and activity performed through your account. Plan limits, including account, activation, credit, and seat limits, are part of the license. You may not resell, share outside the licensed team, bypass limits, or use a key on unauthorized devices.

X.com and other third parties

XForge Pro is independent software and is not affiliated with X Corp. You remain responsible for your X.com account, content, actions, and compliance with X.com rules and applicable law. Third-party services can change, restrict access, suspend accounts, or become unavailable. We do not control those services.

Automation and destructive actions

Cleanup, unfollow, reply, posting, and similar actions occur under your direction. Review selections and dry-run information before confirming them. Do not use XForge Pro for spam, deceptive engagement, platform manipulation, harassment, unauthorized access, or evasion of service safeguards.

JagAI

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review generated text and media before using it. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having rights to prompts, source material, and outputs you use.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke an install or license when reasonably necessary to address fraud, charge reversal, security compromise, material policy violations, or unlawful use. We will limit action to the affected account, license, or install when practical. Expiration or termination does not erase obligations that by their nature should survive.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. Jag Journey is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of data, lost profits, or third-party account action. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for XForge Pro during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Washington law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Questions or notices may be sent to [email protected].
