30-day refund policy

Your first Starter, Pro, or Agency purchase is eligible for a full refund when you email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of payment. Include the account email and order or invoice identifier. You do not need to provide a reason.

Renewal-term or replacement-plan purchases are refundable within 30 days if the new term has not begun. Duplicate or mistaken plan purchases should be reported promptly and will be corrected or refunded when verified.

JagAI credit packs are refundable within 30 days only when none of the purchased credits have been used. Consumed credits, completed onboarding work, chargeback fees, and services already delivered are not refundable except where law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Payment-provider processing time controls when funds appear. A refunded plan may disable the associated license, seats, downloads, and unused included credits. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
